CANCELLATION POLICY, FEES & RULES
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. We value your business and ask that you respect Massage by Maya’s cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, a full 48-hour advance note is required. Any cancelations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a full amount of the scheduled appointment. When scheduling your appointment, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee your reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a less than the required cancelation time or for a miss appointment. Upon check out clients may choose their method of payment. Credit card processing fee will be added at the check out!
NO SHOWS
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” or “no-call”. They will be charged the full amount of the service(s) scheduled for their “missed” appointment(s).
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. (Ex. If you book 60 min massage and you are late more than 30 min, you will be considered a “NO-SHOW” and your appointment will be null and void), regardless of the length of the treatment actually given you will be responsible for the “full” session. With respect and consideration to the massage therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
CHECK-IN
Please arrive 15-20 min prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted in order not to interrupt the scheduled appointments of other clients. Full price of the scheduled service will apply, so please plan accordingly.
PRICES & SERVICES
Massage by Maya’s prices and services are subject to change without notice. Therefore, we encourage all clients to familiarize themselves with pricing and available services when booking their appointment.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in the rate and it can be added at your discretion.
